Finally managing to wrest his claws from the priest he'd already stabbed, to no fail, Valmir turned to the one that had attempted to cut him and in that moment the shadow in his eyes flashed a crimson red as he lashed out at the offender with a back-handed strike.

Teheboq grimaced as he felt the poison enter his bloodstream. He should have expected as much from these foul mage-priests, but the thought of being poisoned still made his anger rise. The priest would face his own medicine, but first Teheboq had to deal with the demons obstructing his vision. With careful precision Teheboq sliced at the nurglings covering his body.

The prophet could see the battle was not going well for his allies even with his magical aid. This would require a desperate gamble. Drawing in magical energy he concentrated as white light could be seen emanating from within his body. "This is it" He muttered. "All or nothing."

In a burst the prophets mouth and eyes exploded with blinding white light that flooded over the battlefield. Vision was impossible as the party felt a sudden new surge of strength. Teheboq squinted his eyes open to see the nurglings covering his body burning off his body being destroyed utterly by the bright light. The figure closest to the light screamed as his bandages and flesh began to burn and he fell to the ground in pain. As soon as it happened the light vanished. Opening their eyes the adventurers could see the same battlefield they saw before except for the cloaked man hunched over on the ground in pain and the small piles of ash surrounding Teheboq.

Feeling his strength return to his body, Valmir was confused for a moment that the light had been the vessel that it had been given back to him through. Shaking his head to clear the thought of it from his mind for the moment, he grinned viciously at the priest he had tossed away from him and advanced slowly in it's direction, his claws stretched out and ready to tear into his victim.

Taking a moment to bury his face in his hands as the old man summoned forth the same magical energy that continue to elude him, Seros prepared to try again, while adding this incident to his mental list of grievances against the prophet, each of which would require a fresh, painful death.

Seros collected himself taking a moment to calm down before attempting to summon the flames of Tzeentch. Perhaps the prophet had cleared the winds of magic in his last attack opening the door for his own spells.

The flames of tzeentch rose from Seros's hands. Grinning Seros prepared to hurl them towards his target when he felt a sudden tug from behind. Thin white souls were tugging on him pulling him down to ground. The magic fled from his hands as he was pulled to the ground being devoured by the deceased. As soon as the magic left him the souls flew upwards searching for more to eat as they swept over the battle. Flying through the prophet and they attacked the first nurgle worshiper. Seeing Valmir the souls dove towards him ripping chunks of whatever life and magic force he had left from him. Even Teheboq was attacked for an unknown reason as the spirits drained life from the heart of the newly revived saurus warrior. After they attacked their primary targets they swept over the rest of the living clawing and pulling. Only the prophet seemed immune to the attacks as whenever a spirit came close it repelled by a burst of light.

Teheboq cursed as the final spirit left his body and returned beneath the ground. This was the result of relying upon the power of Chaos. While it had great power, as both the prophet and the mage-warrior had demonstrated, it took an immense amount of personal strength to suppress its natural nature. Regardless, Teheboq had been freed of the sickening demons covering his body and he was not going to let his chance to finally bring the fight to the enemy slip away. Charging forward Teheboq barreled past the two mage-priests in front of him as he made his way towards the real danger.

"Ai lad. You're time is done. Shouldn'ta messed with a dwarf." Taking a swing from his flask the man slowly turned around grabbing his dagger and thrusting it into Turin's gut. Chuckling Turin patted his armored belly as the knife failed to pierce all the way through his leather armor and undershirt. "You're done lad."
