In-town RP?

This isn't quite 'rules and balance' type stuff, but in general I was wondering if we could get an ongoing 'town/lobby' RP going. No quest rewards or training cred, but just a way to develop characters and mess around when not directly involved in an adventure. It also helps the characters get connected to one another, giving more elaborate plot possibilities down the line.

Any player can make roleplaying only adventure type thing (i.e. no rewards), but I agree that we should make an ongoing town rp thread.
