Paymaster - Paster

Character Name: Paymaster - Paster for short
Race: Human
Appearance: An aging overweight man. His long gray beard covers up most of his gut. He is clad in fine furs and clothes. He carries a magic dagger and a very large handgun along with the chest of gold coins he always accompanies.
Equipment: Gold Chest. Dagger of Slaying 8-11 (5% chance of instant death for humanoid targets of hit). Handcannon (Pistol- 12-20 damage) - Skirmish, Armor Piercing, One-Shot.
Story: Paster is not a generous man. He controls all the money flowing in and out of the island. Most people on the island get their payment in some fashion directly from him. He is known for being extremely stingy with his money but he is always fair and never cheats a client.
